Salary is USD 25 per hour, with a 12-month contract and a start/end date window 10/19/2026–10/18/2027. The position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient case handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in HR or related field.
• At least 1 year in HR functions (admin, generalist, recruiting, etc).
• Portuguese and English fluency required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 1 HR inquiries via calls, chat, and email in a high-volume setting.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and related systems accurately.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs; escalate as needed.
• Maintain confidential records and document interactions in the Case system.
• Provide guidance on Workday, Kronos, and HR policies.
