Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
- Experience in grid interconnection, power systems engineering, renewables, or utilities.
- Understanding of power system modeling, grid studies, and interconnection requirements.
- Familiarity with North American grid standards and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with PSCAD, PSS/E, PowerFactory or similar tools is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical reviews of electrical studies and grid connection requirements.
- Support interconnection processes with utilities and transmission organisations.
- Evaluate project designs against applicable grid requirements and standards.
- Assist with development and validation of power plant control strategies.
- Provide technical input through project design, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Support resolution of grid performance issues and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver grid connection solutions.
