This hybrid position includes four days in the office and one remote day weekly. Candidates must have a Master's in Electrical Engineering, significant experience in the renewable sector, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the electric utility or renewable industry.
• Familiarity with North American Transmission Service Provider OATTs.
• Understanding of wholesale power market pricing and dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the interconnection team, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
• Lead all phases of interconnection lifecycle from application to COD.
• Negotiate final interconnection agreements and oversee milestones.
