Job summary

DESRI Project Management Services, L.L.C. is seeking an Interconnection Delivery Manager based in Houston, Texas. This role oversees interconnection agreements for renewable energy projects, managing compliance and ensuring projects meet milestones from financial close through construction.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in interconnection and project management, along with familiarity with ISO/RTO processes.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in interconnection, transmission planning, and grid integration.
• Direct experience tracking IA/LGIA obligations, network upgrade execution.
• Familiarity with NERC/FERC requirements and operating asset interconnection compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a portfolio IA-obligation tracker to monitor compliance.
• Track IA-required physical construction work from commencement through completion.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.
