Job summary

Bonterra Organic Estates (McNab Ranch) seeks an inaugural Hospitality Sales & Operations Manager to drive revenue through events, manage bookings, and build relationships with planners and corporate clients. Based in Northern California with hybrid duties, you will lead event sales, oversee operations, coordinate vendor networks, and ensure guest experiences align with Bonterra's standards.

Candidates should have 5+ years in hospitality or events, a bachelor's degree, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in hospitality management, business admin, marketing, comms, event management, tourism, or related field & minimum 5 yrs experience in hospitality, venue sales, event management, or related fields.
• Proven success achieving revenue and sales goals.
• Experience selling weddings, corporate events, hospitality experiences or event venues.
• Experience planning / executing events up to 100 guests.
• Ability to work evenings / weekends as required by event schedules.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to be insured; willingness to spend significant time traveling in-market.

Responsibilities

• Drive event sales for weddings, corporate retreats, executive meetings and private events.
• Build/maintain robust pipeline of prospective clients / partners.
• Lead venue tours, client consultations; negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate event execution with internal and external teams; manage vendor relationships.
• Champion exceptional guest experiences and ensure delivery of Bonterra brand standards.
