Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified personnel for Home Office across professional, technical, and administrative roles.
• Collaborate with HR team, hiring managers, and executive management.
• Track resumes for supervisors and department heads.
• Source candidates via web-based social media and networking; attend campus visits and career events.
• Conduct pre-screening, phone/in-person interviews, and extend offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with new hires.
