Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes and coordinate caregiver meet-and-greets.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with our caregivers.
• Be a go-to resource when caregivers have questions or concerns.
• Check in with clients and families to ensure they are happy with their services.
• Help solve problems and address concerns quickly and professionally.
• Support caregiver’s ongoing success.
• Communicate with the office team and help keep services running smoothly
