Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to oversee client files, coach caregivers, and ensure delivery of high-quality in-home care across our service areas.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy in documentation, and proactive communication with clients and staff, including in-home visits when required. Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork with accuracy.
• Ensure confidentiality per HIPAA and agency policies.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high-quality client care and escalate concerns.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referrals, and management.
• May conduct in-home visits to assess client needs and relays changes to the team.
• Prepare routine department reports and document client status.
• Record client condition and services accurately and maintain satisfaction surveys.
• Address client complaints and incidents per policy and escalate as needed.
• Provide education on changes to the Plan of Care and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
