Qualifications

• CMCA certification is required.
• 2+ years of experience managing community associations.
• Knowledge of Texas Property Code and governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations for on-site or portfolio of communities.
• Prepare and solicit bids; monitor maintenance programs and vendor relationships.
• Act as liaison for board resolutions; resolve issues professionally.
• Manage confidential account information and communicate effectively.
