Job summary

CMA is seeking a Property Manager to partner with the Board of Directors to guide HOA/Condo governance and ensure excellent service delivery. You will act as the liaison between CMA, homeowners, committees, and contractors, applying CMA standards to support budgets, vendor management, and reporting.

The role requires coordinating meetings, preparing board packets, and overseeing repairs, contracts, and compliance.

Qualifications

Active CAM license or Georgia Real Estate license or obtain before date of hire.
Background check required.
Preferred skills in Vantaca HOA Accounting software & Strongroom AP System

Responsibilities

Interact with Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors; provide exemplary customer service.
Create and monitor budgets for clients.
Create and manage weekly or bi-weekly action item status to the Board monthly.
Attend meetings as scheduled per client contract and divisional meetings.
Compile letters, newsletters, management reports, and board packets.
Respond to service requests for repairs or maintenance and report issues promptly to the Board.
Visit properties per contract to include violations, amenity checks, and contractor performance.
Coordinate prompt responses to emergency service requests.
Supervise contractors and monitor contractor performance against contract specs.
Maintain CMA policy-based office hours and liaison between CMA, Board, homeowners, and service providers.
