Job summary

Corner Property Management AAMC is seeking a Portfolio Property Manager to oversee multiple community associations. The role emphasizes operations, board relations, and proactive management of grounds, common areas, and assets.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with boards and homeowners, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure timely reporting and compliance with management agreements, delivering excellent service to residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association per policy and procedures.
• Liaise with the Board of Trustees and homeowners as needed.
• Manage administrative and management duties per the management agreement.
• Develop and utilize community management tools (calendar, action items, budgets, etc.).
• Review monthly financial reports and prepare Board summaries.
• Oversee vendor management and capital expenditures for community upkeep.
• Monitor delinquency rates and collections for the portfolio.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as required.
• Prepare Board packages within established timelines.
• Keep Trustees informed of legal actions involving the Association.
• Maintain unit and contract files for operations.
• Assist with architectural review and routine inspections.
• Maintain resident information in the database.
• Coordinate procurement and performance evaluation of vendors.
