Job summary

CMA Careers in Atlanta, GA seeks a Property Manager to guide Homeowners Associations and Condominium Associations. You’ll serve as the liaison among boards, homeowners, committees, and vendors, upholding covenants and CMA values while coordinating with division managers and accountants.

The role requires CAM or Georgia Real Estate license, a clean driving record, and 3 years of property management experience.

Qualifications

• Active CAM license or Georgia Real Estate license required.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver's license and clean record required.
• Property management experience of 3 years preferred.
• Familiarity with Vantaca HOA Accounting software & Strongroom AP System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients and CMA staff.
• Create and monitor budgets and expenses for clients.
• Prepare weekly/bi-weekly action item status for the Board.
• Attend client meetings per contract and monthly divisional meetings.
• Compile letters, newsletters, and board packets.
• Receive service requests and report issues to the Board promptly.
• Visit properties per contract for inspections and contractor oversight.
• Coordinate prompt responses to emergency service requests.
• Supervise contractors to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain CMA communications via email/phone within designated timelines.
• Document performance of direct reports and assist HR with evaluations.
