Job summary

CMA is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager in Alpharetta, GA to guide HOA/COA boards, homeowners, and vendors. This hybrid role requires CAM or GA Real Estate license, strong budgeting and vendor management skills, and a customer-focused approach.

If you thrive in a collaborative environment, you will manage budgets, coordinate meetings, and supervise contractors, with compensation to be determined based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have CAM license or GA Real Estate License before date of hire.
• Background check required.
• Experience with HOA management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients and CMA employees.
• Create draft budgets.
• Monitor budgets and expenses on behalf of clients.
• Create and manage weekly or bi-weekly action item status to the Board monthly.
• Attend set meeting schedule per the client’s contract and monthly divisional meeting.
• Compile letters, newsletters, management reports, and board packets.
• Receive service requests for repairs or maintenance and report issues to the Board promptly.
• Visit property per contract to include violation drive, amenity check, and contractor performance.
• Arrange prompt and satisfactory responses to emergency service requests.
• Supervise contractors and monitor contract compliance.
• Check emails and voicemails daily; respond within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain CMA office hours as designated by policy.
• Serve as liaison between CMA, Board, homeowners, service providers, and contractors.
• Document performance of direct reports and conduct evaluations as directed by HR.
