Job summary

CMA Portfolio Community Association Manager in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced manager to liaison between Boards, homeowners, and vendors. You will ensure covenants are upheld, manage budgets, and produce reports for client associations.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, supervising contractors, and maintaining CMA policy compliance while delivering high-quality service. Hybrid work possibilities after a 90-day evaluation.

Qualifications

• Active CAM license or GA Real Estate license required or obtain before hire.
• Background check required.
• Preferred skills in Vantaca HOA Accounting software & Strongroom AP System.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients and CMA employees.
• Create and manage draft budgets, monitor budgets and expenses.
• Create and manage weekly/bi-weekly action items for the Board.
• Attend meetings as per contract and divisional schedule.
• Prepare board packets, newsletters, and management reports.
• Receive and report maintenance requests promptly to the Board.
