Job summary

CMA is seeking a Division Manager to lead its Georgia-based CMA Atlanta division. This full-time role requires guiding managers, mentoring staff, and coordinating budgets to support CMA’s growth. You will interact with homeowners, boards, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has five+ years in HOA/Condo management, CAM/CMA licenses, and strong leadership by example. A hybrid/remote work option may be considered after a 90-day evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• In Georgia, must have and maintain a CAM Salesperson or Broker license; GA/FL CAM license requirements apply.
• Holds CAM/CMCA/CAI designations as applicable.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Experience with HOA/Condo management and budgeting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for CMA division managers.
• Oversee training, mentoring, and development of staff.
• Coordinate financial management and research administration tasks.
• Respond to homeowners and coordinate issue resolution by phone, email, or in person.
• Prepare division budgets and monitor expenses to drive growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and mentor managers.
• Maintain client satisfaction and retention across associations.
