Heritage Property Management is seeking an organized Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee operations for Homeowners/Condo associations. The role involves liaising between Heritage Property Management Services and the Association’s Board, managing vendors, and coordinating support services.

Strong communication, proactive problem solving, and financial oversight are essential. The ideal candidate will have a real estate CAM-related license in Georgia (CAM/Broker/Real Estate Agent) and

Qualifications

• College degree or specialized vocational/technical training is preferred.
• Course work in real estate, with CAM, CPM, CMCA and/or AMS designation is preferred.
• Strong client relations and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Heritage Property Management Services and the Association’s Board of Directors.
• Mentor board members and coordinate governance activities.
• Manage vendors and coordinate support services for associations.
• Oversee financial management and budgeting; analyze monthly statements and forecast trends.
• Maintain professional demeanor and effective written and verbal communication; exercise judgment and discretion.
