• Valid driver's license and willingness to visit communities.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Boards of Directors to help communities thrive.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and board members.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your portfolio.
• Reviewing financial reports and providing meaningful management insight.
• Preparing and attending board meetings (hybrid format).
• Coordinating projects, vendors, and maintenance activities.
• Managing architectural review processes and compliance matters.
• Keeping boards informed and helping them make sound decisions.
• Building strong relationships through exceptional customer service.

Salary: DOE (FYI range is $75K-$90K but maybe we just say the DOE)
