Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Workday payroll and/or UKG.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payroll cycles (on‑cycle and off‑cycle).
• Research, validate, and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Manage deductions/deferrals, garnishments, remittances and related communications.
• Support general ledger balancing, distributions and reconciliations with Accounting.
• Assist with payroll tax processing and reporting per regulations.
• Support payroll/timekeeping system activities: testing, updates and training.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to controls and procedures.
• Use ticketing tools (ServiceNow a plus) to track payroll issues.
