Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with leadership experience.
• At least five years of high school leadership and proven outcomes.
• Strong background in Science (NYS Regents/AP exams) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead high school Science with a high bar of excellence aligned to NYS standards.
• Design rigorous Science learning experiences and assess student understanding.
• Collaborate across Zeta to support growth and improve learning outcomes.
• Develop and oversee curriculum, assessments, and unit/lesson planning.
• Provide professional learning trainings for principals, APs, and teachers.
• Observe instruction and develop leaders and teachers to achieve results.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and drive instructional improvements.
• Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Wear multiple hats as part of a lean scale-up team.
