Job summary

Zeta Charter Schools is seeking an Associate Director/Director of High School Math with a Master’s degree and at least five years of school leadership experience. The role focuses on strengthening math achievement across NYC schools, aligning curricula with NYS standards, and driving continuous improvement.

The position collaborates with network offices and school leaders to design rigorous math programs, monitor outcomes, and coach teachers toward exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• At least five years of school leadership with a proven record of math outcomes.
• Experience with NYS Math standards, Regents, and AP exams.

Responsibilities

• Design rigorous Math learning experiences aligned to NYS standards.
• Lead high school Math with a high bar of excellence to meet annual goals.
• Collaborate across Zeta to support growth and student learning.
• Create and curate curriculum and assessment materials aligned to standards.
• Design and lead professional learning trainings for school leaders and teachers.
• Develop instructional management plans to ensure high-quality math instruction.
