The role will lead a high school science program across sites, aligning to standards and Zeta competencies.

The position emphasizes data-driven instruction, collaboration, and professional learning to drive strong academic results within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with at least five years of school leadership experience.
• Proven record of academic outcomes in Science including NYS exams, Regents, and AP exams.

Responsibilities

• Design rigorous Science learning experiences aligned with NYS standards and Zeta competencies.
• Lead high school Science to meet rigorous annual goals.
• Collaborate with leaders to support growth in student learning.
• Create and curate curriculum and assessments with unit and lesson plans.
• Lead professional learning trainings for principals, APs, and teachers.
• Develop instructional management plans to ensure high-quality Science instruction.
• Study data to identify gaps and drive actions to improve outcomes.
• Embrace feedback and foster a growth-minded culture.
• Wear multiple hats in a lean scale-up environment.
