Job summary

Zeta Charter Schools is seeking an Associate Director/Director of High School Math in New York City to lead the math program across high schools. You will design rigorous learning experiences, align curricula to NYS standards, and coach principals and teachers toward strong academic results.

The role requires a Master’s degree with at least five years of school leadership and proven math outcomes, including Regents and AP exams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus minimum five years of school leadership with proven math outcomes.
• Experience with NYS Math exams, Regents, and AP exams.
• Strong ability to design and monitor math curricula and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead high school Math with excellence to meet annual goals.
• Design rigorous math learning experiences and align with standards.
• Coach principals, assistant principals, and teachers to achieve outcomes.
• Develop and curate math curriculum, unit and lesson plans.
• Lead professional learning trainings for school leaders and staff.
• Observe instruction and support leaders to ensure high-level programming.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
