Star Pediatrics by Abound Health in New Jersey seeks a Workforce Operations Manager to lead and optimize workforce deployment across our Private Duty Nursing (PDN) business. In this role, you will report to the VP of Nursing Operations and drive utilization, reduce open patient care hours, and build scalable processes that align nurse availability with patient service needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience managing operational, service delivery, staffing, or similar high-volume teams.
Proven ability to lead teams toward KPIs and measurable performance goals.
Strong data analytics and decision-making using data insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
reside in New Jersey and able to travel between Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook offices.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators.
Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing strategies to maximize service utilization and minimize open hours.
Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends and gaps.
Develop KPI dashboards and accountability structures for operational excellence.
Collaborate with Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to meet staffing needs.
Lead process improvements to boost efficiency, service delivery, and workforce performance.
Ensure consistent use of workforce management systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and processes.
