Job summary
Star Pediatrics by Abound Health in New Jersey seeks a Workforce Operations Manager to lead and optimize deployment across our Private Duty Nursing business, reporting to the VP of Nursing Operations. This role will drive workforce utilization, reduce open patient care hours, and build scalable processes that align nurse availability with patient service needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations or healthcare.
- Strong data analytics and use of dashboards to drive decisions.
- Experience with CRM/workforce management systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators.
- Drive workforce planning, capacity management and staffing strategies.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and accountability structures.
- Partner with Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Leadership and Operations teams to meet staffing needs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure consistent use of workforce management systems and reporting tools.
