• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or similar.
• Strong data analytics and KPI-driven mindset.
• Experience with CRM platforms and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Staffing Coordinators and optimize staffing plans.
• Develop KPI dashboards and accountability structures.
• Collaborate with Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Clinical Leadership to meet staffing needs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
