Job summary

Star Pediatrics Home Care in New Jersey seeks a Workforce Operations Manager to lead and optimize workforce deployment and service delivery for our PDN business. You will report to the VP of Nursing Operations and drive scheduling, data-driven improvements, and KPI dashboards across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in high‑volume settings, strong CRM and analytics skills, and excellent cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-volume teams.
• Proven experience with setting KPIs and driving performance.
• Strong tech proficiency with CRM and workforce management systems.
• Ability to use data analytics to guide decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must reside in New Jersey and willing to travel between Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing strategies to maximize service utilization and minimize open hours.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and accountability structures.
• Partner with Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Leadership, and Operations teams to meet staffing needs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure consistent use of workforce management systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and processes.
