Qualifications
- Leadership experience managing high-volume teams with KPIs.
- Proficiency with data analytics to drive decisions.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Residence in New Jersey with ability to travel between Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Staffing Coordinators team.
- Plan workforce capacity and staffing strategies to maximize utilization and minimize open hours.
- Analyze workforce and operations data to identify trends and gaps.
- Develop KPI dashboards and accountability structures for operational excellence.
- Partner with Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Leadership, and Operations teams to meet staffing needs.
- Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure consistent use of workforce management systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and processes.
