Job summary

Archer in collaboration with Oracle Health seeks a Support Engineer I to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering technical support, issue resolution, and configuration assistance in a fast-paced, call- and ticket-based environment.

The role requires onsite attendance at least one day per week at Kansas City, MO (as well as Nashville, TN or Orlando, FL) and offers a flexible Central Time work schedule. This position supports career growth within Oracle Health Support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience supporting software products.
• U.S. citizen eligibility for government security clearance.
• Ability to work a flexible Central Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues via phone and ticketing.
• Document investigations, findings, resolutions, and interactions clearly.
• Coordinate escalations and follow up for complex cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support issue resolution.
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements and Oracle Health policies.
