Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Information Technology for a hybrid role based in Radnor, PA.

You will coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams, track milestones, and support go-live readiness to ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives. The role requires five years in healthcare IT or related fields, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, technology, clinical or related discipline strongly desired or equivalent demonstrated experiences.
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent healthcare /information systems experience, combined experience applicable.
• Current CAPM or PMP Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables with Project Managers and IS leaders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks; help remove obstacles to keep projects moving forward.
• Support go-live planning, detailed walkthroughs, and operational readiness activities.
