The IT Project Manager at Main Line Health leads healthcare technology initiatives through all project phases, using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies while coordinating with clinical and operational stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery and adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related discipline required or equivalent demonstrated experiences.
• 5–7 years of healthcare information technology operations or information systems experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leading medium-to-large technology initiatives; or 5 years of complex IT initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methods.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM or similar PM platforms.
