Job summary

Partner’s Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with healthcare project experience for a Mostly Remote, contract-to-perm role with a major multi-hospital health system in Philadelphia, PA.

You will manage patient-centric workflows and coordinate clinical, operational, and technical teams to drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospital/healthcare PM, strong governance knowledge, and excellent communication skills for

Qualifications

5+ years of hospital/healthcare project management experience.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, technical, and vendor organizations.
Facilitate project meetings, governance committees, and executive status reporting.
Identify, track, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and escalation paths.
Ensure alignment across application, infrastructure, and operational teams.
Support testing, conversion planning, cutover execution, and stabilization activities.
Drive accountability and execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Collaborate with advisors, application analysts, and leadership.
Maintain project documentation and communicate status and decisions to leadership.
