Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking an IT Business Analyst in the Indianapolis area to bridge IT and clinical/business teams. You will elicit requirements, analyze processes and support major change initiatives throughout the development lifecycle.

The role emphasizes complex problem solving, root-cause analysis and collaboration. A Bachelor's in a clinical or IT field is required and Epic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or information technology field is required.
• Two years of experience in clinical and/or IT as a business analyst.
• If clinical, license or certification must be maintained.
• Experience with Epic is strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyze processes and design improvements.
• This is a hybrid role with in-office work 1–2 days per week near Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation between IT and business areas.
• Define business and IT requirements for major/complex changes.
• Support functional design of processes and systems across the lifecycle.
• Demonstrate root-cause analysis and problem solving.
