Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Epic Research and Genomics Analyst II to ensure Epic EHR systems are implemented, maintained, and aligned with clinical and operational needs. You will work with physicians, nurses, and IT staff to optimize workflows, build configurations, and test new modules in a hybrid Indiana-based environment.

The role requires collaboration across clinical and facility teams, hands-on training delivery, and ongoing system governance participation while advancing Epic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Requires 2-4 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes IS, clinical, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires an understanding of healthcare business processes and technology, with basic knowledge of healthcare workflows and terminology.
• Ability to travel to assigned sites as required.
• Epic Certification in 1 module is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
