Flying Horse Capital seeks a hands-on Controller for a growing healthcare services business located between Chicago Heights and Plainfield. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead accounting, manage a small team and drive accurate financial close while strengthening controls and scalable processes.

You will partner with Revenue Cycle Management to align billing and collections, improve reconciliations, and provide visibility into revenue and cash flow.

Qualifikationen

• Healthcare accounting experience including patient service revenue and payer negotiations.
• Experience with multi‑payer environments (Medicare/Medicaid/commercial/self‑pay).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations and internal controls.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close with timely financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations and close procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle Management to align billing with accounting records.
