Job summary

C Space, part of the Escalent family, is seeking a collaborative professional to cultivate relationships with patients and health care professionals within our online community. You will advocate for member needs, extract insights, and help clients understand patient journeys to improve outcomes.

You will engage with diverse groups, develop audience expertise, and craft engaging communications while supporting the account team with data and surveys to drive meaningful actions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Versatile communications and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
• Comfort with working independently and cross-functionally to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patient and HCP communities to understand thoughts, opinions and emotions.
• Respond to member inquiries and advocate for members.
• Represent patient/HCP voice with clients including pharma and hospital systems.
• Develop audience expertise by highlighting trends and feedback.
• Help define tone for patients and HCPs in the community.
• Create member communications and engagement activities.
• Track participation and optimize community vibrancy.
• Recognize and reward members and encourage peer interactions.
• Support account team with report reviews and QA of surveys.
