Job description

Join Our Team!

Are you looking for a new challenge this year? We’re looking for people who can add to (not just fit in with) our culture. Explore open roles below.

Who We Are:

C Space is the leader of Online Communities - having defined and redefined Online Communities for 25 years. We create vibrant hubs of customer insights and put our clients on a first-name basis with their customers. Now part of the Escalent group of companies, along with Hall & Partners, this is a great time to join C Space due to an expanded offering and broadened client base to expand our reach.

Who You Are:

You are curious, have strong communication skills, and are detail oriented. You are comfortable with technology and enjoy exploring new tools and ways of working. You thrive on variety, problem-solving, and getting things done. You like to dig beneath the surface to understand why and how patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) form their perspectives, make decisions, and navigate their healthcare journeys.

You have an instinctive appreciation for the human side of healthcare and the critical role that patient and HCP insights play in shaping better outcomes. You are motivated to help connect these insights to meaningful actions for our clients. You have a passion for engaging with diverse groups of people (including patients, caregivers, and HCPs) and can adapt your communication style accordingly.

You are eager to contribute and collaborate through quality, commitment, courtesy, and teamwork. Most importantly, you thrive in a collaborative environment focused on excellence and delivering impactful insights that ultimately improve patient experiences and outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

In this multi-faceted role, based on our Health Community Team, you will cultivate and grow relationships with our clients’ most important consumers by earning their trust, advocating for their needs, developing audience expertise, and creating engaging environments in which to deepen the conversation, draw people out, and make connections.

  • Build relationships with our patient and HCP community members to create a broader understanding of their thoughts, feedback, opinions and emotions for our C Space teams and our clients
  • Become someone members get to know and trust; respond to member emails/inquiries, advocate for your members
  • Represent the patient and HCP voice internally and potentially with your clients, who include global pharmaceutical companies and hospital systems
  • Develop audience expertise by highlighting trends, opinions and feedback from members that adds to client or C Space learning
  • Help to define and foster shared purpose and the appropriate tone among patients and HCPs in the community
  • Author and deliver compelling and effective member communications (e.g. acquisition, retention and ongoing outreach) and engagement activities
  • Track, analyze, and optimize participation and community vibrancy
  • Reward & recognize members; help them feel valued and appreciated
  • Encourage member-to-member interactions and member-generated content by facilitating conversations, collaborating with consumers, and probing discussion posts – with a focus on engaging them
  • Support your account team by assisting in reviewing reports and quality checking surveys

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Prior internship/professional or related experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data and information
  • Versatile communications and consultative skills with a comfort adapting tone and tenor to individuals and situations
  • Proficient at prioritizing tasks, working independently and collaborating across functional areas
  • Curiosity, comfortable asking questions and making connections with others
  • Demonstrate comfort, familiarity, and aptitude with Microsoft Office applications and artificial intelligence tools
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable and articulate in working directly with colleagues and teammates

  • We are interested in candidates from diverse academic backgrounds, though interest in healthcare/life sciences is a plus! Majors that will be considered for this role include, but are not limited to: physical and life sciences, communications, sociology, psychology, and business

We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive business and we welcome applications from people from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and walks of life – talented, creative people with their own voice, ideas and perspectives.

Compensation, Benefits, and Culture:
