KLAS Research is seeking a Senior Analyst to translate research into clear, credible insights that healthcare leaders rely on to make better decisions for their organizations and their patients. You will create reports, narratives, and frameworks that structure research inputs into actionable guidance.

You will partner with Principal Analysts, support Associate Analysts, and participate in external conversations, while embracing a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of experience in research, consulting, healthcare, data analysis, or related insight roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health Policy, Business Strategy, Communications, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MHA) preferred but not required.
• Experience communicating insights to stakeholders is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create reports, presentations, frameworks, and summaries translating inputs into insights.
• Draft narratives connecting findings to key messages and directions from senior analysts.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes and trends.
• Participate in external conversations, sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Partner with Principal Analysts to refine reasoning and narratives.
• Support Associate Analysts with feedback on structure and clarity.
• Apply standardized processes, templates, and quality checks for accuracy.
• Work with Engagement and Insights teams to ensure clear communication of insights.
• Engage in provider research calls and ongoing market analysis.
