This hybrid/virtual position offers exposure to health research, audience insights, and cross-functional collaboration within a supportive team environment, based near Boston.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Versatile communication and ability to adapt tone to audiences.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Interest in healthcare and life sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patient and HCP community members.
• Respond to member inquiries and advocate for members.
• Represent member voice internally and with clients.
• Analyze trends and feedback to inform client learning.
• Draft engaging member communications and outreach.
• Support reports review and survey quality checks.
