Qualifications

• BA/BS in management or medical field.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Certification in physician office management preferred.
• Annual continuing education required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all clinical and support personnel.
• Recruit, hire and fire personnel as needed.
• Prepare payroll and personnel records.
• Schedule and maintain records for staff vacations and leave.
• Maintain job descriptions and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
