Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business administration required
• Masters degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 7 years of health care management experience with supervision
• Minimum 10 years health care management experience, ambulatory setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions
• Oversees daily operational management and staffing to control costs
• Maintains financials including budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and purchasing
• Ensures HIPAA compliance, safety, and quality initiatives across the practice
• Provides education and coaching to staff and acts as a role model for the mission
