Job summary

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking a Practice Manager II to lead daily operations at our Cincinnati center. You will evaluate workflows, streamline administrative and clinical processes, and drive efficient, patient-centered service.

Responsibilities include supervising center staff, interviewing and orienting new hires, coaching performance, and ensuring staffing levels meet productivity goals while maintaining strong relations with providers and the broader care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ experience in healthcare or practice management.
• Previous healthcare/practice management experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of HSO Center; continually assess workflows in administrative and clinical areas, evaluating effectiveness and modifying activities for more efficient operations.
• Support and uphold established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, infection control, and codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
• Direct supervision of HSO center staff, including interviewing, selection, and orientation of team members; evaluates their performance relative to job goals/requirements; coaches staff and recommends additional training as necessary.
• Evaluates and manages staff ratio and assures adequate staffing to meet organizational productivity and customer service goals; maintains excellent relations with providers and staff.
