Job summary

OhioHealth Mansfield in Ohio is seeking an experienced Practice Director to direct, coordinate, and manage all practice functions. You will oversee operations, HR, budgeting, and compliance to ensure efficient patient care and strong performance.

You will partner with physicians and staff, lead strategic initiatives, manage capital and operating budgets, and coach team members to uphold OhioHealth standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) in healthcare or business administration or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years related health care experience, preferably in ambulatory care, including 5 years supervision/management.
• A minimum of 10 years health care management experience, may substitute for education in certain circumstances.

Responsibilities

• 60% Daily Operational Management: HR responsibilities, staffing levels, scheduling, payroll, patient services policies, and regulatory compliance.
• 30% Performance Management: monitor patient satisfaction, analyze variances, support financial planning and growth initiatives, review provider performance.
• 10% Organizational Transformation: lead change initiatives, pilot programs, improve cost containment without compromising quality of care.
