Job summary

Aon plc is hiring an Experienced Associate in Strategy Consulting within Health and Benefits. The position supports client engagements with analysis, market research, and strategic recommendations across life, health, benefits, and insurtech sectors.

You will work with Client Leaders and Project Managers to deliver business-focused initiatives, build client materials, and lead workstreams while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present complex analyses clearly.
• Curiosity about insurance, health and benefits, and insurtech trends and impacts.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end client engagements from defining questions to delivering recommendations.
• Perform quantitative and financial analyses of markets, products, segments, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor research across life, health & benefits, insurtech.
• Leverage Aon data and market intelligence to identify trends and insights.
• Translate analyses into clear client materials (PowerPoint, Excel, reports).
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Synthesize findings and shape storylines and strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals, marketing materials, and thought leadership.
• Support internal initiatives for Aon Advisory, including recruiting and communications.
