Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced Health Analytics Implementation Manager for Data Warehouse Analytics. You will lead data warehouse implementations, manage integrations, and coordinate contracting and client delivery across a complex analytics landscape.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience in data warehousing and data use agreement management within healthcare data analytics.
• Experience defining data acquisition, development, and analytic best practices for analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex data use, data sharing, SaaS, and service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead data warehouse implementations and coordinate multi-party, multi-source data agreements.
• Translate business and technical requirements into structured contractual terms and support enterprise data strategy.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, Analytics, Operations, vendors, and client teams to enable scalable data operations.
