Job summary

Aon seeks a Health Analytics Implementation Manager - Data Warehouse Analytics to lead data warehouse implementations, manage integrations, and ensure compliant, scalable analytics delivery. You will coordinate complex agreements and partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Procurement to support enterprise data strategy for health analytics.

The role requires deep expertise in data governance, DUAs/DSAs, and vendor management, with a strong orientation toward risk mitigation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data warehousing, data use agreement management, vendor contracting or related healthcare analytics
• Experience defining data acquisition, development, and analytic best practices in a data warehouse
• Familiarity with healthcare data constructs, PHI, HIPAA security and governing requirements
• Experience negotiating complex agreements including DUAs, DSAs, SaaS contracts and amendments
• Ability to translate requirements into structured contractual terms across multi-client data environments

Responsibilities

• Lead data warehouse implementations and vendor coordination across multiple data sources
• Coordinate complex data use agreements and contract terms with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and audit requirements across analytics platforms
• Act as integrator across data platforms, procurement, and client teams to enable scalable analytics
• Balance risk, cost, and performance while driving standardization across vendor relationships
