Job summary

Aon is seeking a US Health Analytics Implementation Manager – Data Warehouse Analytics to lead data warehouse implementations, manage integrations, and support client delivery across a complex analytics landscape.

You will collaborate across Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and vendor partners to translate business needs into contractual terms and ensure compliant, scalable data solutions for healthcare analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data warehousing or healthcare data analytics.
• Experience negotiating data use and data sharing agreements.
• Familiar with PHI handling, HIPAA, and data privacy.
• Ability to translate business needs into contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead data warehouse implementations and integrations with clients.
• Coordinate multi-party agreements and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Procurement teams.
• Support data quality, ad hoc requests, and user support.
