Job summary

Aon is seeking a Health Analytics Implementation Manager to lead data warehouse implementations and client delivery across a complex analytics landscape. The role coordinates multi-party agreements, ensures privacy and governance, and translates requirements into contractual terms and SLAs.

The candidate should have deep experience in healthcare data analytics, data use agreements, and vendor management, with strong stakeholder collaboration across Legal, Privacy and Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data warehousing or healthcare data analytics contracting.
• Experience with data warehouse tools and vendor platforms.
• Familiarity with DUAs, DSAs, and SaaS agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead data warehouse implementations and client delivery across analytics landscape.
• Coordinate high-volume, multi-party and multi-source agreements.
• Ensure privacy, security, and governance standards are met.
• Translate business requirements into structured contract terms and SLAs.
• Support vendor security, audits, and regulatory compliance.
