Aon is seeking a Health Analytics Data Engineering Leader based in the US to manage a distributed team dedicated to developing cloud-first data solutions. You will own the US Health Analytics data architecture, ensuring quality and governance of data flows and partner integrations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering and team management and will collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality outcomes. A hybrid work schedule is available, supporting flexibility for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, software engineering or analytics engineering.
• Deep experience designing and delivering cloud-first data engineering solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in data modeling and platform design.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end medallion US Health Analytics data architecture.
• Manage a distributed team and coordinate across departments.
• Ensure quality, monitoring, and validation of data across the platform.
