Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced US Health Analytics Implementation Manager - Data Warehouse Analytics to lead data warehouse implementations and manage client delivery across a complex analytics landscape.

The role requires coordinating multi-party agreements, ensuring compliant data use and security, and partnering with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Procurement teams to enable scalable analytics solutions for healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data warehousing, data use agreement management, vendor contracting, or healthcare data contracting.
• Experience with data warehouse analytic tools such as Merative/Truven, Cotiviti, HDMS, Artemis, Springbuk, Cedar Gate.
• Ability to translate requirements into structured contract terms and manage complex agreements.
• Knowledge of PHI handling, HIPAA, and security considerations in healthcare analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead data warehouse implementations and manage client delivery operations.
• Coordinate multi-party/data source agreements ensuring compliance and scalability.
• Translate business needs into contractual terms and support contracting with vendors and carriers.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and client teams to meet outcomes.
• Support data quality, audits, and security readiness for analytics platforms.
