Job summary

Aon is seeking a Health Analytics Implementation Manager – Data Warehouse Analytics to lead data warehouse implementations, manage existing integrations, and support contracting and client delivery across a complex analytics landscape.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare data analytics, expertise in data governance and privacy, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work is preferred with locations across major U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• Experience in data warehousing and data use agreement management within healthcare data analytics.
• Experience in vendor contracting and data sharing agreements (DUAs/DSAs) and SaaS agreements.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into structured contract terms and vendor agreements.
• Knowledge of PHI handling, HIPAA, security considerations, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead data warehouse implementations and manage client delivery operations across analytics landscape.
• Coordinate multi-party agreements across data acquisition, sharing, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure contracting, privacy, and security standards enable scalable, compliant analytics solutions.
